For the next 3 days I will go on a food cleanse.

That means,

on Day 1: eating only raw fruits and vegetables (no bananas or mangos—too much sugar)

on Day 2: drinking warm water with lemon juice

and on Day 3: drinking juice in the morning, soup for lunch, and a light dinner.

Unfortunately, thinking about the cleanse is already making me want to load up on chocolate croissants and coffee….
