It is an active breath-based yoga class with a focus on being gentle to the hands. Because my own practice has had to adjust to my illness, I build my classes around not putting too much or often weight on the wrists as well as stretching the arms and hands.
For whom is the class?
If you work a lot with your hands as a musician, massage therapist, cook, or computer worker, you have active hands. But then again who doesn’t do everything with their hands? New mothers, gardeners, everyone uses their hands a lot. Come to my yoga class, and learn how to stretch and relax your hands and arms along with the rest of your body.
